PATRICK BERRY
After Growing up with a family that all work within the Real Estate Industry, it was clear that I would follow Paul my father and Robyn my mother into the industry and started working in 2007 at our family agency 4one4 Realestate.
Over this time, I have thoroughly enjoyed working within the industry and have also branched out into property development and in my time have constructed five home and have also owned four properties of my own so I understand the stress that comes with buying and selling property.
In 2010 I Married by Beautiful wife Abbey who now always works within the agency as our head property manager and have two amazing children Parker and Quinn and in 2013 I completed my Diploma of property services and became a licensed Real Estate Agent which happens to be this highest qualification available within our industry.
Being a member of Generation Y, I enjoy exploring new and exciting ways of marketing my vendor's properties. My Innovative ideas and approach to marketing has been rewarded with the Real Estate Industry of Tasmania awarding our agency Most Innovative three times and I have also been lucky enough to win the REIA Innovation award (Australias most innovative office) along with the REIA Medium agency of the year. I am always researching new ideas for our agency to make sure we are at the forefront in providing our clients every advantage when selling their home and have invested heavily in digital marketing by ensuring a large percentage of my properties enjoy Video and social media marketing.
Of course selling real estate is truly my main hobby in life, however I do also enjoy heading out on the River Derwent on my jet ski, sitting back with a cold beer in one of Salamanca's many bars and most importantly of all enjoying time with my family and watching my two amazing children grow up before my eyes.
