As the end of the financial year comes to an end I thought it would be an excellent opportunity to look back at what we here at 4one4 Real Estate have achieved over the past 12 months. With a strong market across the Northern Suburbs of Hobart its been a busy period with our agents setting extraordinary results across sales and rentals.
Our Rental Department has grown the portfolio by 15% in the past twelve months bringing on a large number of new investors as they enter into the Hobart marketplace. The team have been busy implementing new technologies to streamline the process, and we have been working closely with Inspect Real Estate as our preferred digital rental partners in testing their new beta products with Lease Tracker and Vacate tracker proving to be exception software add-ons to our rental department.
Sales have also been busy with the team working closely with 4one4 Media House to help grow our market share through smart technologies like Property Videos, 3D property models and Social Media marketing methods all playing a huge role in how we now sell properties across the Northern Suburbs of Hobart.
Renovations have continued to play an influential role in the companies rebranding and over the past twelve months we completed stage two of our internal work which comprised of our new private meeting room along with our new manager office and rental department area. Outside we overhauled the entire exterior to give the office a fresh, bold Scandi look complete with tas oak feature timber and black exterior signage.
Amazing results don’t just happen, and we know that our office is victorious due to our fantastic staff. This financial year we sent staff members to attend ARPM2017 in Sydney, LPMA in Queensland and AREC18 on the Gold Coast where they were able to learn from the best in both property sales along with management ensuring that our clients receive the very best service across our entire business.
Finally to finish off 4one4 Real Estate were lucky enough to win some pretty outstanding awards this financial year including the REIT “Communication” agency of the year, the REIT “Innovation” agency of the year, the Ratemyagent.com.au “Brighton” agency of the year and the Ratemyagent.com.au agent of the year “Brighton, Patrick Berry”.
These awards were unique achievements for the agency and allowed us to also compete in Sydney for the REIA awards where we finalists in Innovation and Communication for the entire country.
So when I look back at another financial year done and dusted im excited as to the progress that 4one4 has made in the marketplace not just in sale and property management but also at a business level which in return I know will push us forward for another bumper year and this is something that genuinely excites me!
