Today we here at 4one4 Real Estate are excited to announce a new level of customer service for our tenants through the launch of 4one4 Help!

4one4 Help allows our tenants to obtain live information about their lease via our AI Robot. Tenants can now contact 4one4 Help directly via four different methods, email, SMS, Google assistant and Google home.

we strongly believe that voice activation via smart homes in the future and with 5.7 Million people taking up this technology across Australia we felt now was the right time to implement new technology into their business around this space.

Some of the items tenants can now ask the 4one4 help desk are:

  • When is my rent next due?
  • When does my lease expire?
  • When’s my next routine inspection?
  • Report maintenance
  • Plus ask us any general questions and if our assistant can not help you then they will referee the conversation onto one of our property managers to follow up with you.
