It was an action-packed Friday at Redbanks as our team at 4one4 Property Co. invaded the place for our Staff Appreciation Day! (we were troops for a day!)
Indeed, time flies so fast and we’re halfway through this year already. For the past months, we know how hard our staff members have worked to achieve our goals. So, we thought of giving everybody a break and have fun outside the work setting–altogether!
Just like every organization, we also believe that “teamwork makes the dream work”. Aside from our hustles, we also put this popular quotation in real life through our recently-concluded event. Through our Staff Appreciation Day, we aimed to show our appreciation to everyone for all their efforts and hard work. Aside from this, we also wanted to hold a team-building activity that will strengthen everyone’s relationship and promote camaraderie and rapport amongst the staff. It was, definitely, a great kickoff event to start the midyear right!
For full-blast fun, we availed the Full Day package. Our team enjoyed the following activities: axe throwing, archery, clay target shooting, slingshot, golf alley, .22 rifle range, air rifle, and paintball. We split the whole team into three and each team rotated through the activities. The whole Redbanks area was filled with joy and laughter as we seized every moment (we’d bet you can picture everyone’s faces).
The day didn’t go by without an afternoon BBQ, of course! And good news! Pat & Aaron didn’t burn the sausages when they prepared the yummy BBQ for the hungry troops; which was just what was needed before an afternoon of fun and excitement playing paintball.
Speaking of paintball, this was a major highlight for many of the team; even if we have all been comparing bruises and wounds in the office this Monday morning (haha). Just a fun-fact, John got hit in the forehead and ended up with a large lump instantly (sorry, mate).
Just for everyone’s information, Redbanks is known for its large range of outdoor sports and activities and offers a unique experience for any type of group which comes in different packages.
If there’s one thing our team at 4one4 Property Co. has proven through our Staff Appreciation Day, it’ll be the teamwork that champions everyone whether we’re in the office for work or outside for some fun!
